Therapy focuses a lot more on bringing healing to your mental and emotional needs. The
goal of therapy is to work through painful emotions in order to change self-destructive habits,
to repair and improve relationships, and to also recover from past trauma.
Coaching focuses on helping clients take control of their lives and to take action toward their
goals. Coaches are committed to helping you build your passions, and to overcoming
unhealthy habits and mindsets that hinder you from achieving your goals.
It is a consultation session that takes place before the Full Therapy/Coaching programme. It
allows you and the therapist/ coach/counselor to identify the specific areas you need help
with, and to determine if they are the right fit for your needs.
